What do I do?
I help children, teens, and young adults feel more confident, brave, and in control of their anxiety.
Hi, I’m Dr. lee!
I got you.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and purposeful. My goal is for each client to not only feel better, but to feel more confident and capable to face challenges that once felt overwhelming. Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, or an adult ready for a change, I’m here for you.
Personalized Care
Anxiety can show up in different ways. For children, it might look like difficulty speaking at school, intense fears, or emotional overwhelm. For teens and young adults, it may feel like overthinking, pressure to perform, or struggling to feel confident in everyday situations.
Therapy at Rosewood Psychology is:
Evidence-based: grounded in treatments like CBT, ERP, and PCIT-SM
Collaborative: we work together to find what’s most effective for you or your child
Individualized: tailored to each client’s needs, temperament, and developmental level
When working with children, parents are an essential part of the process. You’ll learn practical, research-supported strategies you can use at home to support your child’s progress.
As a psychologist, I also consider the bigger picture. If there are signs of underlying factors like ADHD, learning differences, or autism, I can help guide you toward appropriate evaluation and ensure therapy is aligned with your child’s needs.

Where I do my best work
01 Anxiety
Learn how to manage worry, reduce avoidance, and build confidence in everyday situations.
02 OCD
Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we’ll work step-by-step to break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.
03 Selective Mutism
I take a structured, evidence-based approach that helps children gradually build comfort and confidence speaking in social settings, with parent involvement built into treatment.
